Cancellation Policy:

• The deposit is not refundable.
• The balance payment is refundable if cancelled at least one week in advance.

 

Deposit:

• Activities without accommodation: 20% of the activity cost.
• For 3 or 4 day activity with accommodation: £50 per person.
• For 7-day activity with accommodation: £100 per person.
  

Arrival and departure (B&B and self-catering):

• Arrival from 4pm (otherwise by arrangement)
• Departure by 10am (otherwise by arrangement)


Smoking Policy:

• Strictly non-smoking (B&B and self-catering)


Privacy Policy:

• We will not provide details of your address to third parties


Pets (self-catering):

• Pets are permitted in Abercelyn Cottage & Tithe Barn 1 (there is a supplementary charge), the following applies:
• Pets must not be left unattended in the cottage and are not permitted in the bedrooms or on the furniture.
• Dogs must be on a lead in the garden & any fouling cleared-up; dogs may be exercised in the field adjacent to the garden providing they are supervised, if sheep are in the field please use a lead.


Pets (B&B):

• Pets are not permitted in Abercelyn Country House
• Assistance dogs are permitted in Abercelyn Country House
